Quick Start Guide

Get your workshop up and running in minutes by following these four simple steps.

1. Configure Your Workspace

Navigate to Settings > Business Profile to set your workspace name, currency, and tax rates. These settings will apply across your entire dashboard and public storefront.

2. Seed Your Inventory

Don't start from zero. Use the Quick Add Template in the Inventory module to rapidly add common raw materials. - Go to Inventory > Raw Materials. - Click Quick Add Template. - Add the materials you use most frequently.

3. Define Your Locations

Professional workshops have organized storage. Go to Inventory > Locations to define your storage areas (e.g., "Primary Warehouse," "Production Floor," "Retail Shelf"). This allows you to track exactly where every gram of material is kept.

4. Build Your First Recipe

Recipes are the core of Batch Scale. They calculate your costs and automate your inventory. - Go to Production > All Recipes. - Click Create New Recipe. - Add your ingredients and steps. The system will automatically calculate your total cost-per-unit.

5. Launch Your Storefront

Once your recipes are linked to sales items, you're ready to sell. - Go to Storefront > Store Settings. - Choose your theme and colors. - Click View Site to see your live storefront.
