Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
Do not violate law or rights; facilitate fraud, deception, exploitation, harassment, threats, or violence; transact in prohibited goods; evade sanctions or export controls; or use Batch Scale for an unlawful regulated activity.

Security and integrity
Do not access another account or tenant, share unauthorized credentials, introduce malware, probe or exploit systems without written authorization, bypass authentication or rate limits, interfere with service, conduct denial-of-service activity, or conceal the origin of abusive traffic.

Privacy and sensitive data
Do not collect, upload, disclose, or use personal information without appropriate authority and notice. Do not submit complete payment-card data, passwords, private keys, unlawful surveillance data, or specially regulated information unless a signed agreement expressly permits the processing.

Communications
Do not send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful automated calls or texts, phishing, address-harvested campaigns, or communications lacking required sender identity and opt-out handling. Suppression and consent records must be honored.

Content and intellectual property
Do not upload content you lack rights to use; impersonate a person or business; publish materially misleading product, safety, health, environmental, or certification claims; or remove ownership and rights-management notices.

Storefront and regulated products
Do not use a storefront for illegal, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, or prohibited goods. The merchant is responsible for licenses, labeling, age restrictions, tax, shipping, consumer terms, accessibility, recalls, and required warnings.

Platform misuse and competition
Do not scrape outside documented interfaces, resell or sublicense unauthorized access, use the service to build a substantially similar competing service where law permits the restriction, or benchmark publicly without written permission. Legitimate interoperability and protected legal rights are not restricted.

Enforcement and appeals
We may investigate, preserve evidence, remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate access proportionately to risk. Emergency action may occur without advance notice. We will provide notice and an opportunity to respond when practical and lawful. Appeals may be sent to [email protected].
