01
Current conformance status
Passing an automated check or meeting a requirement in one component does not establish platform-wide conformance. Human review and remediation of critical journeys remain launch requirements.
02
Target and methods
Work targets semantic structure, keyboard operation, visible focus, contrast, labels, error guidance, text alternatives, zoom and reflow, target sizing, accessible authentication, status announcements, and reduced-motion support. Review combines automated checks with keyboard, zoom, responsive, screen-reader, and manual testing.
03
Known limitations
Older administrative screens, complex builders, charts, uploaded merchant content, third-party provider experiences, and newly introduced tools may not consistently meet the target. We prioritize barriers blocking authentication, navigation, forms, purchasing, and core work.
04
Third-party and customer content
Some integrations and customer-authored storefront content are controlled by other parties. Batch Scale will provide accessible platform controls where practical but cannot certify independently controlled content or provider pages.
05
Report a barrier or request an accommodation
Email [email protected] with the page address, task, problem, device, browser, and assistive technology if you choose to share them. Do not include passwords or payment data. Batch Scale must assign an owner, response target, alternative-access procedure, and escalation path before launch.
06
Assessment cadence
Material releases and critical customer journeys should be reviewed before launch and periodically afterward. This statement will be updated when testing changes the known status.
