Straight answers about how Batch Scale fits into a real product business.

It is built for businesses that make and sell physical products—especially teams managing materials, production, inventory, direct sales, wholesale, storefront orders, or POS activity.
No. Start with the workflow that solves today’s problem, then add products, production, selling, fulfillment, reporting, or team controls as they become useful.
Batch Scale includes a storefront builder connected to your catalog, inventory, customers, orders, fulfillment, and operational records. Review the Features page to confirm the selling workflows you need today.
Yes. The POS workflow supports register sales, customer lookup, discounts, cash handling, suspended carts, returns, exchanges, receipts, and reconciliation. Payment-provider availability varies by provider and account.
Supported imports depend on the record type and the quality of the source data. Contact us with a sample or description of your current system so we can recommend a safe migration path.
During closed beta, displayed prices are planning references. Selecting a tier records feature-access metadata only and does not charge a card or create a paid subscription. Any future billing start requires separate written terms and a supported purchase flow.
Closed-beta tiers control access but are not payment-provider subscriptions. Contact support to request an access change or workspace exit and to arrange an export before records are removed.
The Help Center contains searchable guidance. Existing customers can submit support requests, and prospective customers can contact us to discuss fit or setup.
