Workflow Canvas is Batch Scale's visual operating-process builder for product makers. Begin with a niche workflow for coffee, spices, candles, cakes, soap, ceramics, subscriptions, or another maker business. Then arrange the stages, add decisions and approvals, test the path, and publish a controlled version for the team.
The canvas connects to the Batch Scale workspaces behind inventory, production, quality, sales, and fulfillment. It is designed for accountable operations, not hidden scripts: definitions are typed, permissions are enforced by the server, and each real run keeps the exact published version it followed.
For compatible record-aware workflows, a workspace manager can explicitly add the published workflow to an app view such as a Sales Order. Batch Scale does not place workflow buttons automatically. The manager chooses which actions the team sees, and each launch is bound to the record that started it.
